3. Orders, Acceptance & Contract Formation

All orders are subject to acceptance by Phoenix and The Moon.
After placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt — this does not constitute acceptance.
A contract is only formed once we send a confirmation that your order has been dispatched (or is ready for dispatch).
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases of stock issues, supply problems, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Product Information, Pricing & Payment

We take care to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, slight variations in colour, finish, and size representation may occur.
In the unlikely event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or amend the order before dispatch.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using our accepted payment methods.
All prices are shown in GBP (£).
Phoenix & The Moon is not VAT registered, therefore VAT is not charged.

5. Delivery & Risk

We currently deliver within the UK. Any international delivery options will be clearly indicated at checkout where available.
Ownership and responsibility for the goods pass to you upon delivery to the address provided.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary. Delays do not automatically entitle you to cancel an order unless agreed in writing.

6. Returns, Refunds & Custom / Bespoke Products

In summary:

Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
Personalised or bespoke items (including engraved, sized, birthstone, or initial pieces) are not eligible for return due to change of mind.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected in cases where items are faulty, damaged, or misdescribed.

7. Faulty Goods, Liability & Warranties

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, including a description and photographs where possible.
We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your legal rights as a consumer.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Order Cancellation & Right to Withdraw

For non-personalised items, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.
This right does not apply to personalised or made-to-order items, as they are created to your specification.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing within the applicable period and return the item in accordance with our Returns Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content — including text, imagery, branding, and product designs — is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may view and use this content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Any reproduction, modification, or distribution without prior written consent is prohibited.

10. Prohibited Activities / Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
